Typical fabric requirements (guide):
• Dress – 2 to 3 metres
• Skirt – 1.5 to 2 metres
• Shirt / blouse – 1 to 1.5 metres
• Trousers – 2 to 2.5 metres
• Children’s outfit – 1 to 2 metres
• Cushion covers – about 0.5 metre
• Quilting / crafts – 0.5 to 1 metre
Tip: Always allow extra for pattern matching, shrinkage and mistakes.
A soft navy bamboo towelling fabric made from 90% bamboo and 10% polyester. This fabric has a plush towelling texture, absorbent feel and heavier 510gsm weight, making it ideal for practical sewing projects that need comfort, softness and durability.
At 150cm wide, it is perfect for towels, baby items, washcloths, reusable wipes, spa accessories, dressing gowns, robes, loungewear and cosy home projects. The deep navy colour gives a classic, practical finish — easy to use, easy to match, and properly useful for everyday makes.
