Returns & Refunds Policy
At JAC’s Fabrics and Crafts, we take great care to ensure all orders are checked before dispatch.
Due to the nature of our products, most fabrics are cut to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on cut fabrics unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Non-returnable items:
- Cut fabrics (including half metres and continuous lengths)
- Fabric samples
- Clearance or sale items
Faulty or incorrect items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jaccrafts.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Returns eligibility (where applicable): To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned within 14 days of receipt
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
