How much fabric do I need

Typical fabric requirements (guide):

• Dress – 2 to 3 metres
• Skirt – 1.5 to 2 metres
• Shirt / blouse – 1 to 1.5 metres
• Trousers – 2 to 2.5 metres
• Children’s outfit – 1 to 2 metres
• Cushion covers – about 0.5 metre
• Quilting / crafts – 0.5 to 1 metre

Tip: Always allow extra for pattern matching, shrinkage and mistakes.

Our Leaf Cork Fabric is soft to the touch, strong, durable, and easy to sew, making it a brilliant choice for structured craft and sewing projects. With an all-over natural tan flake texture and a polyester backing, it offers body, texture, and stability while still being practical to work with.
