How much fabric do I need

Typical fabric requirements (guide):

• Dress – 2 to 3 metres
• Skirt – 1.5 to 2 metres
• Shirt / blouse – 1 to 1.5 metres
• Trousers – 2 to 2.5 metres
• Children’s outfit – 1 to 2 metres
• Cushion covers – about 0.5 metre
• Quilting / crafts – 0.5 to 1 metre

Tip: Always allow extra for pattern matching, shrinkage and mistakes.

A camouflage water repellent cotton blend fabric made from 65% cotton and 35% polyester. This sturdy 350gsm woven fabric has a structured handle and a practical water repellent finish, making it useful for hard-wearing sewing, bags, covers and utility projects.

At 150cm wide, it features a classic green, khaki, brown and black camouflage print. It is ideal for bag making, aprons, table covers, protective covers, light outdoor accessories, craft projects, utility makes, windbreak-style projects and durable decorative sewing.

This fabric is water repellent, making it more practical than standard cotton for projects that need extra protection. It is not sold as fully waterproof.

Sold by the half metre. Multiple quantities will be cut as one continuous length where possible.
